My passion is to provide services that enhance multiple forms of wellness through self care and self love to many individuals.  Obtaining 8+ years experience in both industries, my passion & growth never stops. I am currently an Independent Certified Personal Trainer at ABC Fitness in Latham, NY, and a licensed stylist at Vibe Beauty Collective in Troy, NY. My career first took flight in the beauty industry then evolved and blended into the fitness industry. For years growing as an athlete lead me to become a coach/trainer. I personally became more holistically wrapped up in the fitness industry when it became a guiding light of therapy for my mental health. Following my light & my passion lead me to help others achieve & gain self love, confidence, and strength physically & mentally!

• Athletic Trainer internship at HVCC- experienced athletic injuries, physical therapy, and rehabilitations. 
• Group Trainer & Personal Trainer for all ages and stages of life, athletes, sport specific, bodybuilding, powerlifting, weight lifting, strength & conditioning, and pre & post partum training.
